MISEbox Late January Update

User and Employee photo handling in MISEbox just got a big upgrade! If you work at multiple restaurants you can now have different profile photos for each of the restaurants that you work at. (Managers, we suggest taking photos of your employees in front of a consistent background and while they are in uniform so the photos remain consistent across your site)! Managers now have the ability to change or add a photo for any of their employees, this will not affect an employee’s photo on any other restaurant that they may work for.

We’ve also rolled out the update we promised a few weeks ago transitioning the name of the “Trainer” role to “Contributor”. Nothing about the access is changing, just the name. We believe that the Contributor name better describes the permissions associated with this role and want to avoid future confusion in anticipation of a major feature we are working on called Pathways.

We’ve also made a number of small bug fixes to improve your overall experience while using MISEbox.

• Fixed a bug that could result in missing employees on Announcements

• Improved performance while switching between Modules

• Fixed a bug where a restaurants address would not correctly appear on their map
